Philippe Pastor, « The Burned Trees », at Chateau des Marres, Gulf of Saint-Tropez (summer 2016-2017)

Château des Marres presents an installation of Philippe PASTOR’s « Burned Trees » sculptures. Shown at the Universal Exhibition in Milan in 2015, the work will be exhibited in Ramatuelle for the 2017-2018 season.

Located along the « Route des Plages », in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the installation reminds you of Nature’s
fragility and the danger of forest fires, in this particularly sensitive area.

Philippe Pastor, « The Burned Trees », at Grimaldi Forum Monaco (5-25 July 2016)

Following his participation at the Monaco Pavilion during “Expo Milano 2015″, Philippe Pastor is presenting in the Principality of Monaco a monumental installation of his new sculptures of “The Burned Trees” on the Esplanade of the Grimaldi Forum Monaco.
“The Burned Trees » will form an integral part of the architecture at the entrance to the European Art Fair Monaco, featuring Old Masters and modern art, whose sixth edition (20-24 July 2016) is being coupled with the exhibition “Francis Bacon: Monaco and French Culture (2 July – 4 September 2016).

Philippe Pastor, « The Burned Trees », at Monaco Pavilion, Universal Exposition Milano 2015 (1 May – 31 October 2015)

Philippe Pastor’s is the official artist of the Monaco Pavilion during the Universal Exposition Expo Milano 2015. On this occasion, “The Burned Trees” sculptures have been integrated to the outdoor area of the pavilion.
The theme of the exhibition – “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life” – is strongly linked to issues of sustainable development and environmental preservation which are of major concern to the artist Philippe Pastor and represent an essential area of work.

Following the exhibition at Paris Gare du Nord railway station (October-November 2014) in the context of the 20th anniversary of the « Convention to Combat desertification », the Art & Environnement Association in collaboration with the Nicolas Hulot Foundation (FNH) and Gares & Connexions (SNCF), present Philippe Pastor’s “Burned Trees” sculpture. Philippe Pastor, « The Burned Trees », at SNCF Paris-Nord railway station (October 22 – November 25 of 2014)

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the UN Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), adopted in Paris in 1994, Art & Environnement Association, in partnership with Gares & Connexions (SNCF) and the Fondation Nicolas Hulot present Philippe Pastor’s “Burned Trees” sculptures, at Paris-Nord railway station.
The exhibition will be held from October 22 to November 25, and will be followed by a tree planting campaign in Madagascar in 2015.

FUND FORUM Conference in partnership with BNP Securities Services for a Tree Plantation in South India in the Principality of Monaco 2012

Art & Environment Association, in partnership with United Nations Environment Program(PNUE), and to support the UN-Water World Water renews this year an action with BNP Paribas Securities Services.The funds raised will be allocated to the rehabilitation of the ecosystem of the Basin of the Tana river, on wich depends the livelihood of 80% of Nairobi’s inhabitants.
This project is held by the PNUE and joins the social, human and environmental aspects which guaranties the best results for the project.
Philippe Pastor exhibited “H2O” series , his dedicated to water series at the Grimaldi Forum for the event.

June, 2011: For the ‘Fund Forum’ Conference in Monaco, Art & Environnement Association and BNP Securities Services organized a game “plant & play”for a tree plantation in south India.

Project GreenHands (PGH) is a huge, viral tree planting movement that aims to reverse desertification, malnutrition and poverty within Tamil Nadu by mobilizing 100% of the state’s population to plant 114 million trees as fast as possible.
